CCATO's 100th Annual Convention
Officials representing townships of the second class in Clarion County will meet Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the Trinity Point Church of God, Clarion, PA for their 100th Annual County Convention. The purpose of the annual convention is to provide township officials with up-to-date information to help them better serve their residents and to give them an opportunity to exchange ideas on local government issues.
The convention will feature a wide range of speakers. They will inform the officials about legislation affecting townships of the second class, association programs and services for townships, and issues of major importance to townships and their residents. Listed below is the agenda and workshops for the 100th County Convention: 8:00AM-9:00 AM Registration. 9:00AM-11:00AM Opening, business session, elections, resolutions, speakers 11:00AM-12:00PM The opportunity to visit with vendors and friends. 12:00PM-1:00PM Lunch 1:00PM-3:00PM Workshops 3:00PM-3:30PM Summation and closing for 100th Clarion County Convention. The workshops featured for the afternoon: Supervisors: Clarion Co. Dept. of Safety & Holly Fishel, PSATS – ARP Secrataries: Jim Schepis & Mary Amman, PennDOT Alicia Ramsey, Clarion Conservation District Auditors: Michael Foreman, DCED Governor’s Center for Local Government Tax Collectors: Sherry Labs, President, PSTCA Randy Mitchell, RAK Computer Zach Stiglitz, Clarion County Assessment Michael Foreman, DCED Governor’s Center for Local Government At the convention will be many exhibitors and their representatives displaying their products and services. In attendance will be representatives of county, state and national government. Also the Clarion County Association of Township Officials will be presenting their annual awards to the Outstanding Township and the Outstanding Individual.

Advertisement forms need to be submitted by August 14, 2021. Convention exhibitor & company representative registrations need to be submitted by September 10, 2021.
Tax Collector's WorkshopWorkshop will be limited to first 50 registrations received due to seating at venue.

Clarion County Township OfficialsBelow are downloadable forms for 2021 county convention registration, resolutions and nominations for the outstanding official and outstanding township.
Clarion County Township Officials registration forms need to be submitted by September 15, 2021. There is an additional $10 charge for registrations postmarked after September 15, 2021.
Outstanding official nominations and township nominations need to be submitted by September 13, 2021.
Resolutions need to be submitted by September 13, 2021.
